Is listing really free?+
Yes. PileConnect does not charge listing fees, run ads, or sell leads. The basic directory listing is free now and the basic directory will stay free.
Do you sell my contact info to my competitors or to lead generators?+
No. PileConnect is not a lead-generation platform. Your contact info shows on your profile so project teams can contact you directly. We do not resell, syndicate, or share your data with third parties.
What happens if my company is already in the directory as Listed and the info is wrong?+
You can claim the profile to take it over, fix any errors, and add the details that matter to you. The claim review confirms you represent the company. If you would prefer the listing be removed instead, email info@pileconnect.com and we will remove it.
Can I remove my listing later if I change my mind?+
Yes. Email info@pileconnect.com and we will remove your listing. No questions asked.
What does it take to qualify for the Verified badge?+
Verified is the highest tier and requires independent review of documentation, equipment, training, project history, and at least one professional reference. The full process is still being formalized. Claimed installers will be the first to apply when applications open.
What if I install helical piles but my main business is something else, like a deck builder or excavator?+
As long as helical pile installation is a service you actually perform, you belong in the directory. Many installers in PileConnect started as deck builders, excavators, foundation repair companies, or general contractors.
